Store Policy

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

 

Order processing time is 2-5 business days depending on availability. Order delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.

 

Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with delivery receipt (3-5 business days delivery time depending on availability). Shipping is FREE for all orders $75.00 or more unless otherwise noted(sale, free shipping etc.).

 

Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address in order to receive your items on time. Customers will be responsible for any other charges and fees if the address submitted is incorrect. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email.

 

We accept and ship internationally.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

​

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive your package, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.

​

Once you file a claim with USPS, they will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case most of the time. 

​

 

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

​

Pre-order items will ship upon the conclusion of the pre-order period which varies based upon the availability of the manufacturer and/or distributor. Shipment and delivery can be anywhere from 5 business days up to 8 weeks. Please read carefully when selecting items that are noted pre-order item. Once an order is placed, there will be no refund(s) issued. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

 

In response to COVID-19 and to protect the safety of our valued customers and staff there are no returns or exchanges effective March 2020 until further notice. All sales are FINAL.
